Moong Masala Papad is a Crispy, Protein-Rich Indian Wafer made from Moong Bean Flour (moong daal), Black Gram Pulse Flour (urad daal), Papad Khaar (alkaline salt), Edible Vegetable Oil, Iodized Salt, Seasoned with authentic spices like Cumin (Jeera), Carom Seeds (ajwain), Asafoetida (heeng) & Coarsely crushed Black Pepper, Etc. It is traditionally Sundried and served Roasted or Deep-Fried as a Crunchy Appetizer or side dish alongside meals.
