Refund Policy

At ShreeShuddhi, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and FMCG products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product package is tampered with before delivery.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs as proof.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong product has been shipped.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items purchased during special promotions unless damaged
